How do I place an order?

Browse the Shop Now section to discover all the available flavors of our gourmet cookies and macarons. Because everything is made fresh to order and we do not keep ready-made inventory, we are unable to accommodate last-minute or same-day pickup requests.

We bake in batches of six — ordering fewer than that means the extras may go to waste. We appreciate your understanding as a small, made-from-scratch business!

Orders placed between Sunday and Wednesday will ship by Monday or Tuesday the following week to avoid weekend delays. If you are local to Charleston, SC and need a rush order, please do not hesitate to contact me via email or text and let’s see if we can make it happen! Planning ahead helps us ensure your treats are baked fresh and delivered at their best!

Do you offer refunds?

All sales are final. We want you to love our cookies, so if you are not satisfied with your order, please return all uneaten cookies within 24 hours so we can assess their condition and troubleshoot any problems. If the issue is due to a mistake on our end, we’ll gladly discuss a credit toward a future order.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards for online orders. If you’re local, we also accept Cash and Venmo. Payment must be made at the time the order is placed - we are not able to reserve or prepare orders without advance payment.

What is your pick-up and delivery clause?

If you’re local to Park Circle all macaron and/or gourmet cookie orders are available for pickup or delivery by appointment. Please note: all items are made to order and not pulled from frozen stock, so same-day pickup is not available. Pickup and delivery times are arranged when you place your order—be sure to mark it on your calendar! Orders outside the Park Circle area will be shipped on Mondays and Tuesdays to ensure freshness. Orders placed after Wednesday will be shipped the following week.

When do we ship gourmet cookies?

We ship orders on Mondays and Tuesdays to ensure your cookies do not sit at a carrier location over the weekend. Orders placed between Sunday and Wednesday will ship by Monday and Tuesday. Orders placed after Wednesday will ship the following Monday or Tuesday.

Do we give discounts on bulk orders?

We do not offer discounts based on quantity. Each batch is made from scratch with the same time, care, and high-quality ingredients - whether you order on dozen or twenty.

If you’re working with a specific budget, feel free to reach out. We’ll do our best to offer suggestions that fit your needs!

Price adjustments!

All prices are subject to change. Ingredient costs vary, and we’re committed to using the best-tasting, highest - quality ingredients in every batch.

Because of that, we can’t honor old pricing - just like the grocery store doesn’t honor last month’s price on butter (we wish they did!).

Weather clause!

If bad weather makes pick-up impossible, your order will be heat sealed and saved for a later date. While we can’t offer refunds due to inclement weather (looking at you, hurricane season), we’ll do everything we can to keep your treats fresh - assuming we still have power!

In the rare event of a prolonged outage or delay, you’re welcome to let us donate your order to a local charity, shelter, or fire station so it doesn’t fo to waste. Just let us know your preference.

Can you make copyrighted character cookies (like Mickey Mouse or Peppa Pig)?

Unfortunately, no. Copyrighted images and characters are protected by law, so we aren’t able to replicate them in our baked goods - no matter how cute they are.

We’re happy to create something inspired by the theme, with your direction (like matching colors or patterns), but we steer clear of anything that might cause a cookie controversy!

Do you have order minimums?

Yes! But only for custom macaron orders. We require a minimum of 2 dozen per flavor and color for custom macarons. Just looking for a few? Stay tuned for a popup announcement on our Facebook and/or Instagram page!

Allergies?

Our baked goods are made in a home kitchen that uses common allergens like nuts, dairy, eggs, and wheat. While we do our best to avoid cross-contact when requested, we cannot guarantee allergy-friendly products.

If you have a severe allergy, please reach out - we may be able to refer you to a trusted local baker who specializes in allergy-safe treats.

What about food safety regulations?

All of our baked goods are made under South Carolina Cottage Food Law in a home kitchen that is not inspected by the health department.

Our kitchen is not nut-free, egg-free, dairy-free, or gluten-free. We’re required to include this disclaimer - but rest assured, we bake with care and cleanliness in every batch. Tips cowboy hat, straightens Sheriff pin.

Please note: We are not permitted to ship outside of South Carolina. All Shipped orders must have a South Carolina delivery address.

In sickness and in health!

While death will never do us part, you’re consuming food and with the consumption of anything there are inherent risks. Choking hazards, food illnesses, and allergic reactions are all possibilities - albeit hopefully far reaching.
